The IS-KSTP30 will be held as hybrid (onsite and online). An author who participates the conference online is required to upload his/her pre-recorded video of the presentation. Therefore, we cordially request you to prepare a video of your presentation and upload it through the Easychair system. When you prepare for the video presentation, you can include a brief introduction with webcam (if desired), followed by voice recording over ppt slides. Please note that the video file format must be in MP4 and do not upload PDF or PowerPoint file. Once uploaded, our program committee will check and verify the video file, and we will contact you if there is any technical problem with the file.

The due date for the file upload is October 31, 2021.

• Suggested presentation duration:
  - 30 minutes for plenary talk
  - 20 minutes for Keynote talk
  - 15 minutes for regular talk

• File size: 100MB max

• Video file format: mp4

• Suggested naming convention: [Presentation type] name.mp4 .
  (Example: [Keynote] Lee_MG.mp4)

• The file size should not exceed 100 MB. If you need to send the video file with a size over 100 MB, please contact us.

• Please upload video files through the Easychair system.

• When you upload your presentation video files,
  - Log in with an Easychair id that you register your abstract.
  - Click the "view" button (magnifying glass icon) for the abstract submission that you will upload the video file.
  - Click the "add or update files" button on the top-right side.
  - Upload "Presentation video" files.
